Fees and Insurance
We participate with most managed health care plans and will be happy to file insurance claims for you. We do ask however, that any deductible or co-payment not covered by your insurance be paid at time of service, unless other arrangements are made. Our office accepts the following insurance:

Appointments
New patients are accepted be either self-referral (if diagnostic
criteria are met) by physician referral.
Realizing the important part of your primary care physician plays in
the management of your health care, our role is to work as a team
with you, your family, and your physician to ensure you receive the
best care available.
